Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all required training programs, including obtaining OSHA 10 certification.
- Assist skilled technicians with routine maintenance, installations, and repairs of energy infrastructure components.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all company safety protocols, operational procedures, and industry regulations.
- Support site preparation, material handling, and cleanup activities at various project locations.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently under direct supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient completion of energy projects.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety guidelines.
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
