Job Description
Blacklane is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Summer Seasonal Chauffeurs in the vibrant vacation hotspot of Miami Beach, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to provide premium ground transportation services to our discerning clientele during the peak summer season. As a Summer Seasonal Chauffeur, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, comfortable, and efficient journeys for our passengers, reflecting Blacklane’s commitment to luxury and professionalism. Ideal candidates will possess excellent driving skills, a strong understanding of local routes, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations within Miami Beach and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain impeccable driving records.
- Provide a consistently high level of customer service, including greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and anticipating needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the assigned luxury vehicle before, during, and after each shift.
- Ensure punctuality for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding schedule changes or potential delays.
- Represent Blacklane with professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to avoid traffic and ensure timely arrival.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required but a plus)
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience (chauffeur, taxi, rideshare, delivery)
- Excellent knowledge of Miami Beach and South Florida routes, landmarks, and traffic patterns
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and highly responsible
- Ability to operate luxury vehicles safely and smoothly
- Professional demeanor and appearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hospitality or private chauffeur services
- Familiarity with high-end clientele and their expectations
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese)
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues in Miami Beach
